Check in at The Banks is 12:00 pm CST.
Is There A Steamer On Site?
Yes. You will find a steamer on site for your usage.
Can Extra Time be Purchased for a Later Check Out
Yes. We offer late checkouts at a rate of $250/hour
Do You Have Food Options?
Yes. Please see our Grand Celebration Package.
Can I Bring in Decorations
Yes decor is allowed. Please note that the usage of Glitter is not allowed and we do not allow guests to stick anything to the walls.
Do You Require a Deposit?
Yes. We do require a damage deposit which is a line-item charge in your contract. This is to ensure the venue is left in the same condition it was prior to your event. This damage depoist is refundable, and a refund will be issued.
When Should I Book My Reservation?
We recommend that you book the night before your Event ? Book the suites for two nights. You and your maid of honor can sleep there the night before your wedding so you can wake up on site, ready to go, and without rushing .
Are We Allowed to Bring in Outside Food?
Yes. You are allowed to bring in outside food.
